Frequently Asked Questions

Who can attend the ACE Women’s Network of Indiana Leadership Conference?

All educational staff including tenure track/tenured/non-tenure track faculty, administrators, post-docs, and advanced graduate students from any college or university in Indiana can register and attend the conference.) Registration fee is required for those whose college/university is not a member of ACE-Women’s Network of Indiana.

Do I have to pay for registration?

Registration is free for all who register from a university or college who is a member of the ACE Women’s Network of Indiana (ACE-WN-IN). There will be a fee for those who are not members (see 3 below). Registrants who are affiliated with a school that is an Institutional member of the Network will indicate in their registration which school they are affiliated with and will not be charged for attending the conference. Once these registrants have completed their registrations and submitted it a confirmation notification will be sent to the registrant and to ACE-WN-IN officers handling registration.

What is the registration cost for faculty, postdocs, and graduate students who are from a college/university that is not an institutional member of ACE Women’s Network of Indiana (ACE-WN-IN)?

For those from non-institutional members of ACE-WN-IN seeking to attend the conference, the registration fee is $25. Registrants who are not affiliated with a member institution will be taken to a paypal link to pay for their registration after which they will receive a confirmation notification that will also be sent to ACE-WN-IN officers handling registration.

What does registration for the conference include?

The registration fee includes access to all sessions and all session materials on both conference days.

I want to attend only the keynote. Should I register for the conference?

Yes, you must register even if you want to attend only one or all parts of the conference such as the keynote or if you are a panel speaker.

When will I receive the link to access the live conference sessions?

The link for the conference will be emailed to all registrants the week before the conference. This link will allow access to all sessions of the conference. As noted in the registration terms and conditions, please do not share or distribute the conference link.

Will the sessions be recorded and available later?

Sessions will not be recorded.
