The incredible women of the Women’s Network of Indiana share a common vision to advance women leaders in higher education. This is a place where faculty and staff leaders come together to learn, network, and inspire the next generation. Several years ago, I had the privilege of engaging with Helen Lena Astin and Carole Leland, authors of Women of Vision, Women of Influence, along with 20 university leaders. During this convening, we discussed the joys of leadership in higher education and adopted a +1 campaign. By working together to advance opportunities for other women, we can see our impact and influence grow.
